I had placed order for homoeopathic medicine by pre-paid order of Rs 570 for five different medicine but today only one medicine is delivered costing Rs 84 for which I sent my complaint to coustomer support against which they reply that item has been delivered today and no further response is being given

Ordered product has been cancelled, and the money that was paid is not yet refunded. At any cost, we want our money to be refunded.

I raised a complaint because I ordered this product by mistake, but the delivery agent refused to return it, stating that I had opened the package. I was disappointed, but since I had already spent my money, I decided to use the product.

However, when I opened it today, I found that it was completely oxidized and unusable. I request a full refund for this defective product.

If my issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and file a formal complaint against the company. Please process my refund at the earliest.

The product packaging is not good All medicine bottles are cracked and the box is also wet and smelling my other all medicines are fully wet .

The medicine with order no OD250603****51753 has been cancelled due to unavailability on 6 June 2025. Till now I haven't got my money, Rs 516.

I ordered 2 boxes of D pura (each should contain 4 bottles but it fooled me with each box having only 2 bottles) from Healthmug.When i called the customer care she gave me the wrong E mail to send the details.Nobody has mailed or contacted me after this.

I had two qualities of this company but I received only one quality of this company. Please cancel my order and refund my money i have a proof

I do not know where my product is, ordered on 19th May. Surprised to get two out of three items ordered on the 19th May.

I had ordered some homeopathy medicine till the date of delivery they had not delivered the items and very worst service No Customer service is available for future no buying any item from this thug aap.

My medicine is not delivered to date. Its delivery date is 12 May 2025, but it has not been received. There is no communication from the company regarding its reason for the delay, nor any information regarding the medicine.

Product delivered, but status showing RTO. I paid Rs 1499 at the time of delivery, but the box is open.

I don't know from where the courier boy took the medicine and gave it. It may be the wrong product.

I had ordered two bottles of medicine APIS MELLIFICA 200. One bottle is fine but the second bottle of medicine received is less in quantity. The actual quantity mentioned is 30 ml but I have received near about 15 ml.

Kindly provide another bottle of medicine or refund the money of one bottle.
