How does a machine stop working due to being stored in the cabinet. Then you call and they basically say too bad so sad for you. "We dont make it anymore", however you see a FB post of them selling this product. They need to be in the Hall of Shame. I want Consumer Reports to investigate, and Montel Williams, do you really want your name plastured on the side endorsing this? Read the complaints and call "dont have a clue customer service" line. I bought the healthmaster maybe four years ago I replaced it once both times the motor went out I only used it approximately 6 times maybe in a year it smelt like smoke when the motor started and at that point nothing came on it didn't work at all paid about 274 on The Montel website

I used this machine a total of 5 times, now it does not work. Too much money to spend with no results. Poor product

The gear on the motor stopped spinning. The motor worked fine but the gear spleen would not turn the blades in the pitcher. Something broke and I called customer service for advice on how to fix, have it fixed or what are my options. A csr told me my problem had to be taken up with a person with more authority and then I went to hold with a very lying message. This is my second HM. The first one the motor stopped running after about a year, the second one the pitcher started leaking and the ball bearings fell apart from underneath. I wish Mr. Williams would help correct this problem and compensate the people who've made him a success by buying this product.

We bought the Health Master Elite instead of the Bullet because we thought it would do the job we needed. It's only been a year or so, using it a lot at first, as is what usually happens with new gadgets. It was working when i put it up in my pantry. Good ole Montel Williams and his Health Master elite. Used with great success, fantastic smoothies, THEN THE WORST HAPPENS. Burning and stopped working. Anyone want to sue? Gift to me from myself, trying to get healthier, loved it for a while then yuck, smell of burning rubber, smoked up my new kitchen, horrid sound, all of this joy for just under $250.00. I saw the commercial By Montel Williams and trusted that this was a high quality Mixer for $199.00. I have used this mixer less than 10 times since I purchased it june of 2009 yet the motor stopped working after I smelled some smoke while making bean dip.. I used it two times . Life happened and months later ... Got it back out to use it...wouldn't work. That was the second one . Had already had one returned for the same reason . Now this the replace one , like the first one , would'nt work. Checked all safety features ....can't get to work.
