- - It took 6 weeks to match us with an instructor.
- - The instructor missed week 2 and canceled with 45 minutes' notice; scheduling is a nightmare.
Paid for private swimming lessons for my kids. It took 6 weeks for them to match us with an instructor who could handle our Saturday morning lessons.
The instructor failed to show the second week and then cancelled with only 45 minutes notice the 4th week.
The lessons themselves are great but the scheduling is a nightmare. A whole summer has passed and my kids missed out on the park district lessons they could have had.

It's a decent facility, but it's too expensive to go there and you don't exactly get what you pay for. The staff there isn't that helpful.
They seem to enjoy taking the other persons side when it comes to a problem, even when they are wrong. Doesn't seem like the best environment for a person or family to attend.
If you want to attend a health club that contains mature yet friendly employees & managers, look somewhere else. Sounds more like Health Track Sports Hellness, so there's my 2 cents, take it or leave it.

Nice facility: But terrible management & employment, if you want to attend a health club that contains mature yet friendly employees & managers, look somewhere else.
HT is full of childish, immature, prejudice managers who stab members in the back and even discriminate, even when their employees are wrong. Sounds more like Health Track Sports Hellness if you ask me.
The purpose of a health club is to please it's members, for some reason they discriminate and take the other persons side, the one who is wrong. What kind of health club is that? Or should we say a *** club?
