Horrendous Website and Customer Service

The website is horrible. It will not recognize current passwords. I throws errors when you try to change passwords. The only way to get help with the errors is through customer service. You better be able to call during business hours as there is no service in the evenings or weekends. Pathetic. Last time I attempted to transfer money, the required a $50 deposit remain in the account. It's my money. My company is changing to a new vendor (thank God) for 2016. I won't be surprised if I have to fight to get this required $50 deposit. It's my money and I should have access to it!
