The non-Dutched cocoa is another great component of this cocoa energize product, and it's great knowing I can trust that it's been tested for cadmium and is free from that and other heavy metals. Dishonesty. Poor customer service. Poor business practices
Order was put in during holiday and store hours were already limited, with no way except email contact
Though I made contact by email, there was no response.
When they got around to reading my email, they refused to apply remedy for my issue.
The problem seemed to be related to a computer glitch.
After I reviewed the order and hit the pay button, I was able to note that the shipping address was wrong. It was different than the one I designated.
Even though I could have stopped the payment prior to the order being processed, I chose to give them benefit of doubt. This caused me to wait several more days after sending multiple emails until I realized that they made no effort to correct the shipping address.
I only heard from them that there was nothing they could do about it.
I finally requested for a return authorization be sent to the address where the shipping was going.
They also refused this request.
Instead, they insisted that all options were out of their control. I found out that the order was not even processed until about three dats after they were notified of my request to have the shipping address corrected.
This business tops the list for poor customer service, based on these issues, problems without remedy or concern, after accepting your money.

Amazing products, finally found mushrooms and cocoa!
I have been looking for a non-Dutched cocoa product for awhile and well as all these incredible mushrooms!! Great customer service, ease of check out, decent price point and excellent quality product.
Add in the fact that this was grown, packaged and shipped here in America and I'm even more impressed.
I'm grateful to know these products are high quality, tested for heavy metals, pesticide-free, and non-GMO/GE...and check out how many different mushrooms are in this cocoa! No wonder I free a nice subtle sustained energy, totally different from a soda or energy drink.

Product Quality/poor customer care
I have been a long time customer I called in with an issue on a product as to the quality.
I am within the timeframe of a return. My package is unopened and I was asking for a refund.
They wanted me to pay shipping. Why should it cost the customer to return something that is poor quality that they should not be selling to begin with because I trusted this company for high-quality products.

With all due respect, most businesses have a procedure for customer service related inquiries like product problems or returns. I've been a customer at the Health Ranger store for years and they have always been beyond fair and responsive. Can you imagine demanding to speak to Bill Gates because you have a problem at Microsoft?

To address a problem
It has been two months since I placed an order with Dr Will Spencer and I have not received my order. They are telling me my credit card is holding the money, but it has been charged to my account.
They are telling me that they are lying to me. I have been going back and forth between my bank and the company patient advocate bulldog and getting no where. Do you know anything about this since Dr Will was on your show.
Please help if you can. Thank you!
Wondering why someone would post a negative review on a company page when their problem was with a completely different group? Online reviews matter.

To address a problem
I am having problems receiving my order from Patient Advocate Bulldog. It has been about two months since I ordered and I cant get anywhere with them about it.
They are telling me that my bank wont release the money .
I called my bank and they say they have processed it so now I dont know what else to do and I was just wondering if you have had some concerns with other people that watch the program with Will Spencer and Mike Adams. I need help in understanding whats going on so if you would not mind letting me know what you might know about it thank you so much.
Why was I paying shipping on a $300 order
