Healthnet scums
- - Trying to confirm if my plan is PPO or HMO and feel misled by poor customer service.
- - In extreme dental pain and seeking an emergency dentist.
I had a medical dental emergency just wanting to know if my plan is ppo or hmo they intentionally guide me in the wrong direction or give me soliciting number. They are all about money and its a disgrace to be part of the gov contracts or medical field!
I am still trying to find a medical emergency dentist after not able to sleep the whole night and is in extreme pain.
I still had to make time to write this while in agonizing pain! Their customer service is poor and needed to be trained again.
