Closed suddenly with no warning and used a company called IES as a barrier so we cannot contact them or ask questions. SCAM!!!

I ordered a free bottle of keto diet gummies. I was charged 198.78.
I cancelled the order and was told that I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 business days. I had to file a dispute with my bank because they would not refund my money.
Because of your company I had to pay that amount back to the bank. Im more than pissed

Omg the same thing happened to me my last day was December 14th literally taking calls still in training and went to lunch come back and said we done the company was closing that’s it that’s all no explanation this totally set me back
