Trying to get medical records
You can't get a hold of somebody to talk to
I have to email. I can not talk to the customer service person over the phone. I'm not sure what that was about.

No technical help at all
I went to a new doctor who uses this site. In order to log in, you need to consent to privacy laws.
Fine. But when you click 'next' it brings you to another consent tab that is BLANK but they want you to accept and consent. There is a blank page...how do I know what I am consenting to?
I got the run around and was told there was nothing they could do (from Patel Sumanth). But this is their technology (eClinicalWorks) and that does not bode well for privacy!

Healow doesnt find your name after using countless times. Then you register again, and it still cant locate you. Dont waste your time on Healow.

I shouldn't have to call a app and see why my information doesn't show. Dr.
Office is responsible for their charting and reporting into profile not the patient. I started seeing this practice 11-23 and to date I can't access anything.

M*** a provider who uses a charting system their patients can get into.
Can't open any of my records. Dr office told me call jealo but there's no contact number.
Just a matter of time before my info is leaked again.
I'm changing Dr's because of this issue of no medical records in my profile. Plus I find a number and noone calls me back.

I called with a contact number for Dr to contact the provider for healo. Dr staff said we're closed on Tuesday so noone is here to take care of it. I'm done using jealo as I'm moving to another cardiologist that uses a provider where I can access ALL OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS.
Cardiologist office said call healo, Dr. told me over 8 months ago they were going to mychart. Well here it is and I can't get any results from my blood work, stress test, echo, CT, blood flow test, or any summaries from office visits.

Not enough options in the app everything must be done through the providers office before we can apply it to our portal in the app, and that is completely pointless.

I have been searching for hours on how to add my emergency contact phone number to my Healow portal!!!
I have had nothing but problems with healow and...
I have had nothing but problems with healow and as a result of healow I have lost all contacts with my doctors and cannot send or receive messages. The account is frozen and I can’t login in or logout.
The little circle just keeps going round and round. Several of my doctors use healow and I cannot contact them. As a result of not being able to receive or reply to messages and they get upset with me for not following up.
Please tell me what to do to clear up and reset my account from scratch. My account is set up with my email address as
