No one in the post office understands what happened. It’s a mystery

The item I ordered in early November was originally sent to an address in Guerneville, California. However, since my name was no longer in their system (despite what they originally told me), it was returned to you.

After contacting me about this issue, I provided you with a new address, a new PO Box in Occidental, California. They issued me a new PO Box number 29, and the address included just that. However, the new clerk forgot to remove the plastic piece off the exterior part of the mailbox. As a result, when the mail actually arrived, it was misplaced and never found.

None of the more senior clerks understand what happened to it because the actual clerk couldn't remember the details, given the large volume of mail they had to deal with over the last few months. This situation is unacceptable, as I never picked up the item nor was it found anywhere in the post office. It's a complete mystery. I'm wondering if you can possibly resend it, since this post office miscommunication is not my fault, but it's a huge inconvenience, as I am still in need of healing.

It's because I would rather give that rating and trust that you'll help me, rather than rate you lower because I need to put something there to complete the process of contacting you about this matter. It would be great if there was a real person to talk to about this!
