Mr Healy , James and Phil you are liars you say I acted like this and that but what does that have to do with the fact your service department cracked my oil pan gave us back our car and we drove 15 hours away and didnt know it was cracked your team put me and my family lives in danger with oil leaking like that 15 hours away from beacon Newyork are you serious

Suspicious
I feel like it's a bit suspicious that my car has issues after being serviced the last time there, and then the salesman calls me to see about trading it in when he knows I am coming in to have it looked at. It's a bit obvious.
Worst Experience ever & Fraud / Lies
Well instead of going on and on yet again on a review ill just summarize the problems.
LIES:
*Wouldn't honor my employee discount even though it said available on top of any current rebate or other offers.
*Gave me one interest rate, then after signing paperwork and printed out the papers they had raised my rate without telling me. Brought this to their attention and was quoted "In NY we are aloud legally to raise the rate and charge more as a convenience fee for saving you a trip to bank".
* They took over 30 days JUST to drop my paperwork off to their local DMV and my registration expired and got pulled over. Dealt with the DMV for a month who advised me they do this all the time and to file a complaint with the state towards this dealership.
*lied to me about having loaner coverage available when i come in for service (found out today they charge $40 for this service unless they can BILL 4 hours of LABOR) yet another lie by finance guy to close the sale.
* Lied about being $0 Diagnosis fee for warranty work. Turns out even on a can that's brand new 1 month old (2018) I will be charged a fee unless they can find, document, and get paid for warranty work...
* Was also sold extended warranty and advised I can cancel at any time before the bumper to bumper warranty ends with FULL REFUND, day 32 I am told for full refund I needed to cancel within 30 days....
So all the things I was told and assured are falsehoods
Spoken with managers who talk a lot of talk, offer nothing in return other than sorry that's how it is....
STAY AWAY FROM HEALEY BROTHERS.... Or make them put EVERYTHINGGGGGGG in writing, which they wont.

Disgusting
I have one word for this dealership and it is disgusting. The way return customers are treated is disgusting.
Your Finance team is completely unprofessional and unethical and I will be reporting this dealership to Hyundai itself. I am telling everyone I know to go somewhere else where they are appreciated and treated with respect.
Shame on your staff. They make you wait for hours with a cat and mouse game like psychological warfare to come up with a completely outrageous overly inflated "deal" - as they call it.
I was warned not to go to you and people were absolutely correct. I am also going to notify the fed reserve of your sketchy credit practices

Healey Hyundai Auto Leasing Review
A bunch of scam artists. They want to run your credit before disclosing prices.
They made us wait hours before getting a price for a santa fe. Then wanted almost 600 for a lease.
Do not go here. Very unethical
Dealer Option
I went looking to buy a new Hyundai Sonota and so off to Healy Hyundai I went. To my surprise as I was looking at the window stickers I see a additional sticker next to the factory one.
This one has on it Dealer Option at a cost of $1,000. This was put on every new car on the lot. This is not suppose to be put on before the auto is sold. It is up to the buyer if he wants it or not.
This is a dealer scam to make more money. The option includes wheel well and door guards and window etching. I checked and you can buy your own etching kit for $30 and the door and wheel well guards for $100. That option is a total rip off.
This is the only dealership that does this.
Very low dealership to do something like this. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

I bet your credit sucked...Thats why you didnt get 0%.....I went there and got 0% no problem
