Poor customer service, poor product

Bought a Headrush pedalboard in November 2018 - it had a "known issue" with the USB connection that was fixed (but took almost 3 months to be returned). Since that time I have only had cause to use the USB on 5 occasions and it is again not working. I have been trying to contact Headrush for some support/advice however they have not responded to my questions/calls for help.

User's recommendation: Avoid this product, while it has a good interfece, it's buggy and customer support is dreadful.
