I’m going on my third set of lights for my Malibu because they keep filling up with water. The lens just comes apart within months.
They told me that’s all they can do for me and I should try to seal them myself. No thanks.

I ordered headlights and worked great for about 4 months, then condensation started form in the headlight assembly. First it appeared in the drivers side then passenger side, they are not sealed well.
I called cause my headlights say 1 year standard warranty: (HID-PRO-JH-FF15009-LBDRL-C).
They said only bulb and ballast are covered under this one year warranty, I asked how I would know that cause it says that no where on there website or in the description. The customer service representative said...."You didn't think to call and ask if the headlight assembly was covered dummy." No instructions on installation, just a all around terrible company to do business with that doesn't back up there products.

Had RECON headlights put on my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. Number one, for the price, EVERYthing that looks like a light should light up, instead half the ones you see in photos are just for bling. Second, the headlight socket wont fit the bulbs because of a stupid plastic tab in the H9 bulbs.

To Whom It May Concern: On April 5, 2018 I purchased two Sylvania Silver star Headlights Model # H6054STBX in Granite Falls, NC. Store # 8747.
The drivers side light has already went out. I went to two of your stores in Gaston County to see if they could help me with getting another light. Both stores stated that it wasn't their responsibility. However, the stores did state that I needed to contact the manufacturing company.
I have been a loyal customer to your company over twenty years. All I wanted was a light that would last for a good while, not just (13) months. With that being said, I will continue shopping at Advance Auto. Therefore, I will not buy another aforementioned light at your store.

I received an item in the mail that was obviously broken at the store by them because it was broken inside the package and taped up. I began the return process I went to the post office to get my return label that they had sent and I had to pay for return shipping for an item that they sent defective it is taken me two months to date and have yet to see any refund of shipping or the item I sent the item back I have no money I have no item I have nothing I’m out an extra $10.65 for shipping that they have not returned this company is a rip off !

Purchased replacement headlights from this company and they were not wired properly and the order was not complete. Breana and Caroll have shown no empathy or assistance. Lets all get together and sue.

I purchased three sets of lumen ledblow and high beem lights with driving lights. Lumin g8 led 6500 lumins. I did love the product and the customer service until you have an issue. They offer a five year warranty which is a joke. My story is long and I will keep it...
