Not satisfied with HCL services (False promises)

i purchased HCL desktop last year with 2 years warranty.. After 8 months usage , system shown some problems. I talked to customer care.. But they not responded in professional manner. They all just wasted my time. When i asked them about how much time it will take to resolve my problem then they said.. nothing is predictable. so they all are just playing their parts in a very unprofessional manner. I must say that only want to sell and not to retain their customers. Very bad experience with HCL services. I hate their products now. I would never by their products again.

Battery Charging

I have purchased a tablet model-G1 from Dubai on 2nd feb 2013. Since last 7 days I found a tablet charginig problem. When tablet plug in battery indicator grown up and reached 100% but tablet shutdown after removing charging cable and because of that I cannot use of tablet functions. worst product - worst service-worst responce. today i visited 120kms far away service station under hot and himid atmosphere but authorised service partner responce badly and company region office(HCL infosystem Ltd-Ahmedabad,Gujarat) offcial only interested in sales not in service.every body hurry for furnishing target no one care for customer.this is really badly for company image like HCL. today i feel the reality of company by misbehavior.
