False advertisement and scam

In July I ordered the Ultra GCH For weight loss program. I spent $209.

when it came it said I could not take vitamin D on this pill. I had cancer last year and must take vitamin D so I returned it and explained why and ask for my 100% money back guarantee. I was told it would be returned minus 20% and I have never received it. I have been in constant touch for three months with NO results.

It is a scam, why wouldn't they tell the facts in advance to be an informed customer, MONEY!!! Shame on them!!!

HCG Xtreme uses false advertising and unethical practices.

I ordered a free bottle of HCG Xtreme and paid $4.95 shipping online. It didn't arrive within the time frame listed, so I contacted the company and was told it was on backorder.

I also questioned them about the autoship policy, as the e-mail sent to me was confusing. I was told I could cancel autoship at any time. It finally arrived about a month later, with very little information. I contacted the company within the two week time period required to cancel future auto ships, and delayed another shipment until 12/15/11 because I wouldn't need more until then.

I was then surprised to find a charge for the product on my debit card on 12/1/11 and called to find out why I was charged two weeks early. Even though I had at least three previous phone calls to customer service reps prior to my 12/1/11 call, no one informed me until my last contact with the company that the charge on 12/1/11 was for my "free" sample previously received in September. I pointed out my previous conversation delaying a new shipment until 12/15/11 and was told I would not receive a bottle for the recent charge on 12/1/11 because it was for my "free" bottle. Never in my previous phone calls to this company was I told I would have to pay for the "free" bottle that I'd already paid shipping for, but did get extensions on time for the next shipment.

The floor supervisor I spoke with on 12/1/11 told me there was no record of my conversation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they were all in a meeting. When I asked for the voicemail of one of the managers, I was told they don't have any.

In spite of this product being effective for me, I would never order it again due to the unethical practices of this company. Because of their actions, I had to cancel my debit card, appeal the charges, and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The company info that is posted is NOT for HCG Xtreme. Whoever posted this should have done a little more research.

The only way I was able to stop further charges to my debit card was to cancel it. I've heard nothing further from HCG Extreme, but my bank's fraud unit is investigating them.

HCG XTREME SCAM

I paid for shipping on a "free" bottle of HCG. I didnt recieve anything till almost 2 months later.

I thought that the transaction didnt go through till I got my first bottle. After looking into it they charged me shipping as well as for two bottles of this stuff and another unknown charge. I called them and they said I was put on a premier package was being sent one every month for 3 months. They then said they sent out the first bottle with pills (the unknown charge that I didnt even know anything about) which I certainly didnt recieve.

They wouldnt give me a refund because I guess I had 14 days to send it back BUT I NEVER GOT IT till 2 months later! HMMM.. They were hoping I wouldnt catch all this on my account and they were right. I got scammed.

They said they would cancel my 3rd shipping, resend the 1st bottle with pills and still never got it.

I tried to call the number on the bottle and it was disconnected. Paid over $300 for 1 bottle of "free" HCG XTREME.

I ordered trial for 4.95 and received month later. I used it a few days and it works as promised, howeveri decided to return it cause I did not want to be hook on it.

I called them numerous timefor return I deduction,despite over 20 call, no answer. I sent it back to return address anyway. Case close til about 6 month later I logged in to my account t and realize they been charging me 99.95 per month. During one month they charge me 199.00 for two items.

This have occurred til about may. Total charge on my account was over 800.00. I did not authorized this or even got any product. I immediately call my bank and dispute this and they told me they can only go back 60 days.

I then said wait a minute,this is not about disputing a charge. This is outright fraud, I called back the bank and told them I did not authorized any purchase except for the trial sample.

I was happy the bank told me it would credit me back and change my account number. If anyone have this problem feel free to email me.

all you have to do is dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. when you do, you can explain fully what happened and submit any documentation, etc.

This should result in a charge back (credit)of the money to you.

You did use a credit card and not a debit card didn't you??? When people use debit cards(silly, silly people)you are out of luck.

HCGxtremem rip off

I ordered HCGxtreme sample bottle at $4.95,(S & H). I was happy with the product.

There was no info with it tho, i went online to learn how to take the product. Then within a month was charged full price of $89.99, with no shipment of any product. So iam scrambling on how to use this to follow protocol to use it for its function. Is it a remake of the original HCG ?

My sample is running out so is it safe to use another replica of this brand? I tried contacting them, BUT all it says is SORRY ?????? What ??????

I puchased HCG drops for $14.99 at www.freshhealthnutrition.com and they did work for me, I lost 20lbs. Just dispute the $89.99 charge on your credit card as you did not agree to that charge (and it is far too much to pay for HCG drops!).

I am XTREMEly pissed off also @ these scam artist!!! They claim to give you a 14 day trial period to test product, but unfortuneately I did not receive the product for 14 DAYS!!!

And the 89.99 charge that comes along with this product will be billed to you directly @ that 14 day mark regarless if you have the product or not! Never does it say anything about this when you order! And they might tell you that your product is back ordered, but I garuntee u its just another scam!The B.B.B.has beebcontacted by myself&several others concerning this co.

Please do not fall pray to these sorry bastards, for they will also take you as well. Ive ordered many products online & never been conned like a company like this b4!

I received the HCG in 3 days and had good results with it. I have tried other HCG products over the years and was very glad to find the drops with no hormones.

I last 30 lbs the first 41 days.

Sorry to hear all the problems with this product. I was hoping to reorder for my husband.

Please make a report to the BBB. They have charged me a total of$300.

I made contact with the company over and over again.

Every time I was told I would be refunded. If someone has been able to get a refund, please let me know now you did it.

Do not give this company your Credit Card # - Scam artists!

In July 2011 I signed up for the free sample if I paid for the $4.95 shipping - which they charged my credit card for. I did not receive the product until September.

However, they have been charging my credit card $99.90 every month since August. I have called the number on my credit card statement 800-969-**** and all I get is an answering machine with a woman's voice on it. I leaves messages with my phone number and email address - and the only response I get is - more charges to my credit card. I have had to cancel my credit card to stop them.

Please avaoid this company at all costs.

Charged me over $200 and have never received procuct ordered

If anyone knows how to get a hold HCG Extreme please let me know. I have been billed twice now, a total of over $200 and have never ever received their product.

Not even a trial size like most send initially. I have contacted my bank and not one of the three phone numbers are being answered that I have. So now the bank will not take the charges off. I am livid.

The only reason I even wanted to try this is cos I was injured 10 yrs. ago and have gained a lot. I cannot exercise due to the extent of my injuries. Plus I am on a very limited income and now HCG Extreme has taken $$ from what little I get.

This weight has to come off and I am trying anything to try and help. Please if anyone has talked to them and can give any info on how to resolve this POST it.

I got caught up with them too. Ordered trial, after 3 weeks still nothing received but they were on top of charging me full price and getting right on the monthly charges even though I had not gotten a chance to try product yet.

Said I committed to auto ship by ordering product. Got 2nd shipment a week before trial got there. Did not open either one. Called multiple times and emailed.

They would not return phone calls. Spoke to several different folks before I finally got refund on 2nd charge. I returned both boxes unopened with delivery confirmation and their REO # per their request. Still no refund yet on first $79.

charge. They need to be shut down for sure.

The $200 was enough to loose. Their website gives two addresses for them, neither in Arizona but on my bank statement it sure enough DOES say ARIZONA!! How are they doing this????

Jail is too good for people like this! I don't want to give them anymore of my precious time, but I will be calling the Attorney General in Arizona.

Still trying to contact

I just called the number another consumer posted for customer service (602-625-****).. At least I got a voice message from a gentleman asking to leave a detailed message.

I'll post back if anything positive comes out of this.

There was a number from their website to "Place Orders" so I thought I would try that in hopes of getting someone on the phone....no luck. The number from their site (800-617-****) has been disconnected so don't waste your time. They also had the 800 969-**** number listed as customer service, but several of us have waited on that line with no avail.

If any new info becomes available please let me know.

All I can do now is go to the bank with all this info in hopes of getting a resolution to my $225 loss.

I just called 1-80*-***-**** got through after about 20 mins on hold they were very nice said the orders were back ordered and extented my date to try when it gets in. Also gave me 30% off if i decide to use the product.

I dont know maybe try this. we will see .

Charged me for another bottle and I've not received it

I ordered a free sameple for a month and paid the shipping cost. I got the invoice that charged my credit card for an autoshipment but haven't received it.

I tried calling customer service, which was always busy so I left a call back number no one has called me. I don't have an email address for them to find out when or if my order will be shipped. A pretty shoddy way to do business.

I need the other bottle to be shipped since I've already been billed for it. I don't understand this at all.

Haven't received another bottle but billed for it

I ordered my free sample and was happy with it. I understood that I would be billed for the autoshipment of another bottle when the month was up.

I am several days past that and have not seen my next bottle, but my credit card has been charged. I tried calling customer service but it was always busy so I left a call back number and no one has contacted me.

I don't have an email address for them from their site, so I have no idea when or if I will receive another bottle. Pretty shoddy was of doing business.

HCG Xtreme -- they say "30 day guarantee" -- I tried to call to get my RMA # for return, and she said, you're past the 30 days guarantee. Keep in mind, from the day you Order, is the 30 days!!

Then by the time you get it, you basically have 2 weeks to try it, then try to get it back in time! This cost me $159.98 and because I was over by 2 days "their time" I couldn't return it. IT DID NOT WORK AND THEY DID NOT STAND BY THEIR RETURN! If a company believes in their product, you should stand by your returns!!!

OMG-HCGXtreme is a ***. Spent all afternoon with my credit card co.

disputing charges for HCG, etc. Finally, got someone and she couldn't answer any questions, and couldn't credit my acct. because their system was down for 2 weeks, but they could charge my acct. Let's see, they can charge but not credit.

I have charges and charges pending for product not received.

Only received trial offer and I cancelled online since I couldn't get anyone to return my phone call. This has fraud all over it.

I am right there with all of you.Waited about 5 weeks before I called due to not receiving the trial I ordered. No live rep to talk to only a machine..I have three different numbers that are all through one line I think..every number has the exact same voice on the initial greeting.

The same thing has happened with every number. My debit card has been charged three times. First, for $4.95 for the initial trial, then $89.99 twice and I have NEVER even received the product!!!

I put my phone on speaker and was on hold for 90 minutes!!!! If anyone is successful at dealing with them please post here again.

I placed the order on 8/19/2011 and as of today 9/27/2001 I have not received the product. I called a couple weeks ago and the representive said they had several natural disasters recently so just give it a little while.

He assured me that I would receive it. I tried calling again today and just get a machine saying hold on the line.

It's been 40 minutes, but no one has picked up. And yes they have $90.00 of my money!!!

Completely dissatisfied with HCG customer support. I have been on hold for approximately 40 minutes.

I did not read the small print and was charged $89.99 for a promotional offer I thought I was supposed to be charged $4.95 for. Oh, and by the way, they'll continue to charge me monthly unless I cancel the account.

I would if I could ever get them to answer the customer support phone number. :(

Charged for a product before i received the free trial

I went to this site after reading about it on a news feed. They offered a free trial of the product for the price of shipping, which was $4.95.

Of course, they had to have my debit card info. The order was placed 7-27-2011. I still have not received my trial bottle, so, when I checked my bank statement on 8-11-2011, I see that I have been charged for the next bottle of the product before I ever received my free trial. I called the customer service department and I was told, I should have called and cancelled before the 14 day trial period was over.

What trial? I haven't "trialed" it yet!!!

How ridiculous is that?!

I received the bottle after the 15 day trial period and was charged $4.95 right away.On the 15th day, I was charged $89.95. I called, they said feep the bottle and we will refund half of the charge which will take 4-6weeks.

I said okay and cancel my account for the monthly delivery. A month later I received a bottle in the mail and charged $99.95. They never cancel or refunded me and there is not a record of me calling and doing so even when I told them my RF# and the person's name that I spoke to. I returned the bottle and canceled again.

They received the bottle 11-17-2011 and I still have yet to receive a refund 8 weeks later. Now when I call they are closed

I called, got an extenstion and another week past by nothing arrived so I tried getting in touch and the lines was bz for long periods of time. so I imediately went to the bank to take care of things so I don't get charged for something that never arrived.

I, too, was charged immediately, but called and complained about how long it was taking to receive my 2-week trial. They extended the date for me.

When the bottle didn't arrive in a few days following this call, I called a 2nd time.

This time they extended the date significantly, and set my account up with an on-going 30% discount. So - I was more than okay with it.
