HCA Florida Ocala Hospital

I was disappointed by the angry and unprofessional desk clerk at this new ED facility. She ordered me to walk around to her side of the desk to check in when I was dizzy and sick. When I asked the name of the doctor on staff I was told that he wasn't there yet. I'm glad I wasn't brought in on a stretcher or wheelchair and I could walk out and try to get my medical needs met elsewhere without having to take her abuse. I really feel that she had some bias against me. I'm not getting the right medication for a tooth infection and this is worrisome but I would prefer to wait and not accept this medical mistreatment.

On 1/04/17 I was transported to this hospital after suffering a seizure instead of being treated for the reason I was transported to the hospital I awoke to be told I was already discharge and forced to walk 15 Miles to my home being disable I found this extremely offensive may the fed royally *** for your incompetence

My initial opinion of this hospital was good how ever after being here for 2 days I can say the nurses you employ at night are some of the rudest children I have ever met they leave the doors open all night while standing in hall and talking extremely loud or listening to music they openly talk about their patients in the hall ways loud enough for others to hear they waited till 1:45 in the morning to tell my wife she could not stay the night when I asked why she was then escorted off the property by security I have never seen more rude behavior out of nurses I do not know if all the night nurses are this way but the blonde girl on the 400 wing is very lucky I'm stuck with a broken foot or I would be leaving and filing a suite. My wife has done more of the nurses jobs that they have when they even bother to come around she was told the night before she could stay and now she is made to leave at 2 in the morning in the middle of a hurricane .
