Resolved: Itemized bill still missing after 2 months of treatment

So far I was unable to get an itemized bill for my treatment and I am waiting since 2(!!) months. I sent numerous mails and had no reaction so far.

The way how they treated - according to my understanding a simple request- is scandalous.

I am unable to claim with my insurance unless I receive an itemized bill. As I am living abroad calls will be costly.

Gues I will have to wait until I am back in FLA and visit Blake Hospital to resolve my problem.

It is just unbelievable!!!
