This company charged me over $2,000 US for nothing. I do not remember doing business with them. i do not remember authorizing them to charge me anything. When I look them up they are a travel company with tons of negative reviews. My bank won't allow me to dispute. If anyone knows what I can do please help.

You need to reach out to a consumer advocate and get enrolled into the Travel Diversion Program. The company who assisted me is also renting out my weeks at no additional cost.

SUPER P

BIG SCAM

was contacted on 10/13/2020 from a company informing me of a past due travel account I had purchased in 2016. I originally purchased it with YN Travel owned by a Walter Pitts. When I attempted to lookup YN Travel I was immediately concerned because according to the Secretary State of Florida where they are located they are no longer in business. The address they have listed comes up as a virtual address with a company called Regus. I called Regus and they advised people pay them to receive their mail and forward it to them. This was alarming. They also they had no such company anymore or ever. I then found a number for them and contacted them. Mr. Pitts assured me that I did not owe anything to them and that I was indeed their client from 2016 and I would be honored as far as my package. That they are now known as HBN Vacation Club. Even though he confirmed I was his client he refused to send me a copy of the agreement showing me I did not owe anything. He said he could only go back as far as 2018 which was very odd and alarming. He then claimed to be in the same building as the company who called me to alert me of the balance but I spoke with them within minutes of hanging up and was on the phone with them when he called them. He never went down stairs as he claimed. The company never mentioned YN either. I did because that was the company I originally purchased with. I then researched HBN Vacation Club. I am disgusted. Not only did the first things that popped up show numerous lawsuits for improper use of the telephone. They also have numerous complaints with the BBB. The address they used as YN that popped up differs from the one they use now under this new name that was virtual...but the address they use now pops up as a UPS Store. This is very disgusting as they seem to not want consumers to know their true origin. Are unable or refuse to show me my original purchase, etc. This company is a scam. I will never deal with them again. My bank after listening to the recording of my conversation today and seeing everything online is willing to refund me my money but can't undo their terms so I will be settling with the resolvement company. BEWARE OF HBN VACATION CLUB which apparently is owned by a relative of WALTER PITTS who said he is the owner but only is listed on YN Travel. His family member is the owner of HBN probably his wife. Also I did research on Walter and show he is on a terminated merchant file meaning he is unable to process payments in his name. I have forwarded all of this to my attorney. I hope he goes to *** for what he is doing. Marcia Pitts and Walter Pitts should be ashamed of themselves. They kept bashing this other company when nobody has bashed them. They told me I dealt with a marketing company and when I narrowed it down to YN based on an email I found I called and got scammed and lied to by this man some more. BEWARE!
