DO NOT USE! I bought a $150 basket that was never delivered and they are telling me its sitting in a warehouse and I cant get my money back.
Google the company. I put in a complaint with BBB.
There is so many negative reviews against this company stating the same thing. Ridiculous.

Ordered a custom gift basket for a family member this year (2022). I picked out two bottles of Rose (cupcake, apothecary) a bottle of Johnny Walker red label, three cheeses (welsh cheddar, Irish porter cheddar, apple tree smoked)
I picked these items based on my family members preferences in wine/liquor and that I recently traveled all over Ireland.
My family member told me that they received two bottles of Rose (Josh, Oyster) and three packs of Habaneros & Jalapeño cheese.
SO NOT ONE SINGLE ITEM WAS CORRECT IN THIS ORDER, BETTER YET THEY JUST DECIDED TO OMIT ONE ITEM ALL TOGETHER NOT EVEN TRYING TO SCREW UP AND SEND THE WRONG ONE!!! I can see the wine change as somewhat understandable, but my family member doesnt like hot and overly spicy items so the cheese would be a waste and they omitted the whiskey.
I reached out to the company 5-10 times via phone, all the calls went to a general voicemail (no matter what department you tried calling), I left several voicemails requesting calls. Finally I sent customer service an email letting them know that if I didnt hear back from them by a certain time I would dispute the charges. Customer service (Jincy) reached out and said that they have the right to substitute items at their discretion and they were only willing to refund me for the missing liquor.
LET ME SAY THIS LOUD FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK, IF I HAD NOT TALKED WITH THE RECEIPIENT AND FOUND OUT THINGS WERE MISSING THEY WOULD NOT HAVE REFUNDED ME. I gave customer service the option to either refund all my money, provide a shipping ticket and ill have it sent back for a full refund or send me the correct items and we will send back the incorrect.
Customer DisService (Jincy) said they only option woulds be to refund me the cost of the whiskey or I can return it all and take a 50% hit on it.
All while dealing with Customer DisService (Jincy) Ive been researching about this and I found a bunch of reviews about how similar things had happened to them. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY YOURE ORDER WILL BE SCREWED UP, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT, THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE BECOMING CLEARER

I ordered a Winter Wonderland Basket on December 20, 2023 for 121.99. The credi card was processed and my card was charged but basket was never sent on my account page it says it processing. Please let me know the status of my order or give me a total refund.

I called on 12-20-22 for a delivery by Christmas. My credit card was processed but delivery never happened.
The main problem is there is no one to talk to.
Its all on the computer. I am still waiting on the 26th for delivery or either I would like a refund.

I will never use this company again and I recommend that others do not order from them.I chose Hazelton's for a gift basket for my brother-in-law and his partner for Christmas that contained beer, food items, and I added on a bouquet of flowers. Hazelton's committed to delivering the package within two days, by Dec 23.
There were multiple issues with the gift upon arrival and delivery was late, which probably contributed to the the following issues. 1) I made my order on Dec 18. Delivery was committed to 2 days, to be delivered by Dec 23. Delivery was not made until Dec 29.
Using shipment tracking software, I could see that the package was sitting in Calgary for 5 days when the package was reported as being "in transit". If the package was sitting in a warehouse or truck for 5 days in lower than -30C weather, this is likely when the items in the package froze. On December 23 I received a notice from Hazelton's that the package had shipped. It was supposed to arrive on Dec 23.
On Dec 28 I contacted Hazelton's with this inquiry: "I have been tracking this package (see photo below for order number) and I dont believe its arrived yet at its destination although I was told shipping would take 2 days when I placed the order. I scheduled the order for Dec 23. Could I please have an update on when it will be delivered? It included flowers so Im worried if the flowers will still be in good condition by the time they arrive.
Thank you." I didn't hear back that day. I wrote Hazelton's again on Dec 29th when I had received the update below (see #2 and #3) from my brother-in-law who received the package on the 29th. 2) When my brother-in-law received the gift, they reported that the beer was frozen and that it had exploded all over the contents of the gift basket. Imagine receiving what was supposed to be a nice gift, and then you need to throw out parts of it and spend time cleaning up the rest.
The beer was not consumable. I submitted a photo of the cans to Hazelton's that you could see are dented. When beer freezes in cans it expands and explodes/leaks out. Hazelton's reported this back when I sent in the photos of the beer cans: "We have received the images provided, upon thorough review of which we have decided that the condition in which the items arrived does not warrant compensation.
We understand that the way in which the products were jostled in transit may not have allowed for the most ideal presentation/appearance upon delivery of the order, but based on the images contents of the items themselves were indeed protected by their exterior packaging, which the recipient can still use/consume if they wish to do so." after which I replied: "It wasnt just the appearance that was impacted. I was informed by the person that received the package that the beer had exploded over the package. Since the beer had opened during transit due to freezing it is not consumable and the package was supposed to be focused on the beer. Also the flowers were dead.
The customer also had to clean beer off of everything in the package as they said it had exploded all over the package. If full compensation is not an option, what about partial compensation for the beer and full compensation for the flowers that had to be thrown out? When choosing a courier, Hazelton's should choose a company that can deliver on time and prevent their baskets from freezing - especially in Canada, in the winter." The basket was called "Holiday Craft Beer & Sweet Treat Gift Set" and the beer was the focal point of the gift. 3) I had added on a seasonal bouquet of flowers for $39.99.
The flowers were frozen and dead upon arrival. 4) I asked for a full or partial refund and I was told that since I did not have photos of the rest of the damage, and since my photos of the damaged beer cans were not good enough, that no refund could be given. My response was as followed, but I was told that nothing could be done without more photos. "The cans in the photo are dented and when beer cans freeze they expand and break open.
I have already informed you that the flowers were dead and that the person receiving them threw them out.
Hazelton's shouldn't expect people receiving gifts to take photos to document if something is wrong with them, and me as the sender can't expect that either. Hazelton's expectation should be that the package arrives as described when it's ordered and, in the time that was described for delivery."

I asked for cupcakes and received a big cake .I asked for 4, specific cheeses I got 4 entirely different cheeses the cheeses were very small compared to the price I paid for them and they sent 3cases of lager which I did not ask for and the recipient didn't want
In addition to this I asked for the delivery to be on Monday and they delivered it on Sunday

These people are crooks. Made order for over $500 for several gift baskets (wine, beer, champagne...etc) What arrived was a couple cans of local beer and some cheap doritos.
Less than $20 value!!!! Made legal claim against company and filed with bank for refund. These people should not be in business.
This was embarrassing to whom I ordered for. Please save your money and shop elsewhere!!!

I placed a gift basket order on 9/15 for delivery on 9/20, which was an option on their site. When it was shipped, I asked that they confirm that they would guaranty the fruit because it would be in transit for a long time.
They advised I wait 4 business days (9/21, after the delivery date chosen) before calling to complain. When it didn't arrive by 9/21, I reached out again and was told that I needed to wait until it got there.
It finally arrived 9/29 (2wks after shipping, and 8 days after the promised 4 business days) at which point I sent them a picture of the package - which was rotten fruit covered in dirt because the whole thing was overturned. They have denied my refund repeatedly via email and social media.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM HAZELTONS GIFT BASKETS
The fruit was rotten down within the basket, the plant was in poor condition and the visual apperance did not look like the pictured basket online. When a co-worker returned to work and we found out the garbage that was sent to him, I contacted the company.
They couldn't have shown any less concern for the rotten product they sent. HORRIBLE ROTTEN FRUIT PRODUCT, MISLEADING PICTURES ONLINE and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The person it was sent to was a burn victim, so obviously he did not stop and take pictures of the rotten fruit within the basket. All Hazelton's customer service kept saying was "You have to have pictures!" Really?
The burn victim was really going to make sure they got pictures?
How about you send a quality basket like your website indicates and then they won't have to put themselves into severe pain to take pictures!!! The price was $110...certainly for that price we should be expecting a fresh, quality basket.
