I purchased from the website and my order was confirmed on the 26/11 and up until today I am chasing my order!!! I have sent numerous emails but I haven’t received a response. Do not buy from this website!!!

SCAMMERS! HAZEL & THIEF

My experience has been absolutely poor. My first order came and the sizing was off so I requested to return the item and receive credit for something else (not a refund just a credit) no one would return any of my many emails i then turned to their social media pages to try and get a hold of someone. I privately msgd on fb and found it was read but no reply. I then commented on a post asking for contact then recieved a reply email. They then gave me a credit in which I spent on other items (which was great), I then recieved the items week later and turns out they sent the wrong sizes so again I went through the exact process above to then receive another credit. I have since purchased something with it, but had no contact from them, no item or shipping details were sent it's been about a month. But! after requesting a refund via 5 emails this time they have decided not to refund me but want to give me a credit so I have to buy from them again! DISGUSTING SERVICE if i never contacted them asking where my items were every time they would never send them! they lie about shipping times, item quality and everything else. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT SHOP ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!
