Remove the subscription for Hayu

Customer has Telus TV services and they subscribe to Hayu under Telus, but they had canceled the subscription already and are still getting billed directly by Hayu.

Cons:
  • And difficult to cancel
  • Do not provide 30 days free

Preferred solution: Ensure that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments are billed to my AMEX. Telus has provided me with a credit for the months of overpayment.

User's recommendation: Do NOT subscribe to Hayu. They offer free 30 days, but charge you immediately, and when you cancel they continue to process payments. Also, from our experience, the shows available are severely outdated.
