Iowa city harley davidison dealership

i took my bike to the iowa city harley shop in iowa city, iowa and they fixed my bike for a tire leak. and found that the tires that i purchased was defected and was sent back to the dealership for refund. I purchased a new tire for the front end, and was told that back tire was fine. so did not have to be replaced. i thought the bike was fine, then i found out that the front end shakes and when you go 30 ,45 , and over 70 its shakes bad, then when you start to slow down the bike pulls to the right and will grap the cracks in the road, and you fight it all the time. i called the harley shop in iowa city and talked to rita which was suppose to have the owner call me on 9/13/11 after 11am and instead he called on the 12th which i was working and couldn't talk on the phone. I called the harley shop and left a message with mike-owner, saying that its obvious that he people dont understand english because i asked them to tell you to call me after 11am on the 13th. and that im having problems with my bike and if we can't work this out then i was going to file a complaint with the main harley dealershipe. i have not had my bike for five weeks now and still not fixed. The harley shop called me twice and each time i pick up the phone they hang up on me. i call the shop back and rita tells me that he is out of the shop. i just said forget it i will file a complaint. pretty sad when i pay this kind of money for tires and labor to fix my bike and it gets back to me, and still not fixed. and i really dont like getting hung up on and when i call back he is not there. if this is the kind of service you offer, im not sure i will purchase another harely again. this time i have called them four times to get my bike in because its still not fixed. i have shaking in the front end of the bike and never had this until i bought new tires for the bike, they also had my bike for a week, which was suppose to put on back breaks which i told jodie keasling what i needed done. when i picked up the bike nothing was done but a bolt tightened and said that would fix the shake in the front end. when on the road it was very obvious that it wasn't, called back on monday and told them.
