***HIGH IMPORTANCE**** 2022 Hawk DLK blew up tonight at a red light
To whom it may concern:
Please call me asap when this message is received. My name is Adam Wade.
This evening I was almost killed due to your product. Please see a few pictures and video. The motorcycle blew up tonight just sitting at a red light.
Flames blew out from both sides of the bike roughly 2 ft with no warning. Luckily I was stopped at a red light.
Not badly injured burn wise as I was wearing all my gear. It saved my life.
I now have no means of transportation as the motorcycle is my daily driver. I live in Charleston SC so not many miles are driven. When this occurred I had not driven more than 5-6 miles before it spontaneously just blew up.
Please call me at 410-652-****.
I expect to have some sort of help customer service wise. I service it every 250 miles, full oil change and bike inspection. I hope to hear from you asap. I will definitely post the link on all social media platforms if I do not hear back.
I have many other pictures and videos.

Preferred solution: Replacement with PDI ASAP. This is my daily vehicle.

Unless you can prove failure thru a mechanic you have nothing. Motorcycles don't get serviced every 250 miles.
You're obviously lying about the maintenance schedule. Good luck with the social media threats on a bike made overseas.
