Not fair

I NEED REFUND
I used their site once and they charged me a small amount of about R20 and the result I got from their service were disappointing, so I unsuscribe but they keep taking my money about R355 a month, so I demand for refunds and I warn anyone willing to try this site or company

Suddenly appeared as recurring payment may gave unwittingly subscribed via clears core or something but whatever alarmed to see it on my statement all of a sudden have sent email seeking refund or at least stopping it.avoid like the plague

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Put money back into my account.
Yes after contacting them they put my money back into my account. Took 6 working days but was great to receive it back.

Resolved: Unhappy customer
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Accessed their home page, requested a full refund, and cancelled a “subscription” that I didn’t actually authorise.
Contacted them with no response about their charging,
I notice a $45.23 AUD charge on my c/card dated June 4th., when I accessed your site, I only saw a $1.26USD charge for a day. I didnt sign up for a subscription. I only used your site once for a address search.,
Please credit my account and cancel any further subscriptions that may be pending., or I will commence a fraud charge against you.,
