Havenly charged me $456 for design packages but never provided an order number, and my payments or credits never appeared on my portal. I have now asked for a refund - but Havenly literally does not respond to emails or inquiries via their website.

Their phone reaches a recording that advises you to email them. They do not offer any option to speak to a real person or even leave a message.

This is the worst customer service ever. Its basically non existent.
