- - Paid $723.24 in April for an item never shipped.
- - Refund promised, not issued; only $606 store credit provided.
- - They are hard to reach.
I was ripped off by one of Havenly's sub-brands, The Citizenry. I paid $723.24 in April for an item they never sent; it is mid-July now.
They told me they issued a $50 store credit for the delay, but later I learned they had only deducted $50 from the amount I paid them and refunded it as store credit. Then, when I requested cancellation on account of the product not received, they said they issued a refund and I'd see the money in my bank account in 5-7 days. Another lie. Later, I learned there was no refund; instead, they issued a store credit in the amount of $606.
Not even the total amount paid.
They cannot be reached. This is blatant theft.

I am desperate to get an update on when I will get my sofa delivered it was ordered in January.
I have no response to emails sent through their website which is the only way to reach them. This is ridiculous that customers have no tangible customer support solution through your company.

Can't get ahold of anyone.
- - Couch ship date 7-9 days, and 14 days later, no reply or tracking.
- - Havenly site directs to email; text number doesn't work.
We ordered a couch with a ship date of 7-9 days. I've emailed twice, it's now been 14 days and no reply, no ship date, no tracking number.
Calling he phone number listed on the parent website (Havenly), it just says to email. The text phone # doesn't work. Is this even a real company? They need to get their act together and provide decent customer support ASAP.
I may have to cancel the order with my credit card company and report it as fraud. What a pain.
User's recommendation: Can I trust these guys? At this time, no. Maybe they'll make it right.
