WHERE ARE MY BOOTS???

We ordered a pair of boots for our daughter on December 10, 2016. We received an email with the order confirmation along with a message stating that the order was on the way. On December 23rd, we sent an email asking where our order was and the response was that they were contacting UPS because there was an issue with our tracking number....which they NEVER gave us. On January 10th I got on their website and asked that they contact us ASAP regarding the boots we ordered....no response. I emailed them again on January 17th...no response. Today is January 27th and we still do not have any boots, or a tracking number...AND NO RESPONSE OR EXPLANATION HAVEN OUTFITTERS! I truly do not think this company exists.
