The owners have neglected the property for the last couple of years, with one elevator completely inoperable the last three months, leaving one remaining elevator for 200 apartments and apartment appliance/furniture moving. This one remaining operable elevator looks beaten up, and the fourth-floor door opening button has been pushed into the wall, so you have to reach your finger into the wall to activate it. Also, the garage doors haven't worked for months and the garage area is filthy and leaks flood-like water when it rains.
