Trigger rod connection broke. Its made of plastic.

Its shaped like a T. How and where can I get a replacement part??

Set up the small animal trap to trap squirrels and checked on it 4 hours later to find it torn up by what ever had been caught.

Customer service was clear and worked with me and told me exactly what I needed to do to seek a replacement.

Hard to believe that something works good and it can't be replaced I have called 7 different dealers, suppliers and Trapping dealers and could not find replacement so I called company to find what model number it is to find out it isn't being made any longer I would like to be notified if it ever comes available again

trap wires were pulled loose first time used and animal escaped. trap unable to use again wasted money.

THE DIRECTIONS TO YOUR MOUSE TRAP ARE CONFUSING. I READ WELL AND HAVE A PH.D TO PROVE IT. BUT THEY ARE NOT ADEQUATE TO SETTING THE TRAP.

I purchased Havahart trap for raccoons. Grate holes are so large that coon just reaches through holes and drags bait out, You'd think they would know how smart these animals are. Guess I'll have to buy some small mesh wire and wrap around it.

I recently ordered a model 1079 Havahart trap from Amazon, it arrived incomplete with a missing door lock frame. So I packaged it for return and ordered another.

The second trap arrived today with the same problem - no door lock frame. I, and my neighbors, are unable to set the trap. Please send me two replacement door lock frames,the armadillos are tearing up my lawn!

I recently purchased the large two door trap to catch groundhogs and opossums. The trap is poorly made and cannot withstand the animals efforts to get out.

The plastic use to prevent the animal from escaping has been shattered by the animals. I called the company and replacement parts are not available. I STRONGLY recommend you do not buy these traps. The trap I purchased was specifically made for opossums and groundhogs (woodchucks).

It is important that you purchase traps that do not use cheap plastic parts.

The trap cost me approximately $80 and now requires I try some retrofitting to make it work properly. It is also poor practice not to sell replacement parts and require a customer to ship a large unit such as this back to the company.

This is by far the worst company ever. Ordered a product.

Lady told us if it's not right size they would send me a label to return it. Guess what? Was not what we needed. NO label given.

Was told I have to spend the money to ship the trap back. These people are liars and are worthless. Do not do business with a garbage company like this. The lady was also rude on the phone and said I must have misunderstood the ordering person.

I purchased this product from a local Loews store it was advertised to keep deer away from the garden. After it's application, not onlt did the deer come into the area, they ate the plants that was planted 18 inches from the product.

I emailed the company, at their website it said someone would respond within 24 hours. Seven days later I received a response that said I could have returned the product to the store if it had not been over 30 days. when I sent the email it hadn't been 30 days but the slow response put me past the limit. Poor service, I?
