Wrong ship-to address. Can't get a representative or contact through email.
They say they are very busy and will get back to me in 4 days, after my order is sent out. Very poor service.

Somehow, my old address shows in the shipping. I am purchasing a new foundation after trying my sample pack.
Since the label has been made and I won't receive this product, the order needs to be cancelled so I can reorder, please. Order 888181. This is my 3rd attempt to reach out to you. All is documented.

Bad delivery system with your company using ground delivery and the poor system fedex has for delivery I put this order 452350 on 10-9-2023 every day fedex says my package has just arrived at Ocala location with no further info. If you charged my card just refund my money I'm not interested in your products any more

Was looking forward to using new foundation but it is sitting In Arizona my billing address
I am at 5265 Barcroft Lake Dr
Leland, NC 28451.
I clearly used this address as my shipping address.
What can be done?
Can you send me another shipment? I can have a neighbor send it back unopened.
