Hatch is awful. They have stolen money from us and left surrogate bills unpaid.
Hatch is an awful company. If youre talking with a representative RUN and find a different agency.
They have stolen money from us as intended parents.
They never setup an escrow account, they wanted us to pay bills that were supposed to be covered in our contract, and worst of all - they left surrogate bills unpaid!
Alex Maron is unresponsive and they simply make up lies to avoid paying bills. What theyre doing to surrogates is awful!
