Poor service for sure.
I am not getting any info from you on when to expect my order. It is a Christmas present and our party is Friday night.
If Im not going to get it I need to make other arrangements. I cannot get to talk to anyone about it.

Wrong address put on gift - but NOT BY ME! Still cant get notices to return to Hatch. It just says” Undeliverable!
Your computer actually glitched out on the address to send gift to. The real address has Nothing to do with NONEXISTING 20 Park St , NYC!
The only thing that does exist tis that package notice today was Undeliverable.
There isnt even any 20 Park Street in NYC anywhere near what I had actually typed in.
U cant reach a real person that will helo! HORRIBLE CONSUMER SERVICE!
