I placed my order on March 27th, it's now April 1st, it's been 5 days since I received an update on my order. Every time I email HATCLUB, they tell me, 'Oh, just give it 2 days for the tracking to show,' or 'It's being delayed, so be patient, we'll wait, and if it takes longer, we'll see what we can do.' WTF type of service is that?
This is just who they are. The same thing happened when I bought a hat from them a few years ago.
Safe to say they won't ever see any revenue from me again EVER! Try Culture Kings or New Era; they have hat apps too and no *** customer service or shipping hiccups!

I want to start by saying that I never spoke with a customer service representative about my situation, and Ive never encountered such rude and disrespectful behavior from a salesperson, especially at the Long Island Roosevelt Field Mall location. I bought a hat there last week as a Christmas gift.
When I give a gift, I never leave the price tag on it. However, I went back today to exchange it because it didnt fit. The lady at the store refused to process the exchange, stating that the price tag was missing.
Now Im stuck with a $50 hat that doesnt fit, and I cant exchange it. Very disappointing experience

- Ordered Nov 24; item showed shipped on the 25th, but label wasn't picked up.
- Customer service asked for the order number but gave no reason for the delay.
Item was ordered on Nov24th . I got and email saying the item was shipped on 25th.
however the label was created but not picked up by the post office. It was the same update for 8 days!! I reached out to customer service asking why it was taking so long. They only asked for my order number but didn't give a reason why.
2 days later, I get an email stating that I will be getting a refund and my original question was not answered.
Hat Club, you need to work on your customer service!! and Update status order properly, not with false notifications say that the item has been shipped when it clearly was not!!...agh!
I am very disappointed!!!
