I want to start by saying that I never spoke with a customer service representative about my situation, and Ive never encountered such rude and disrespectful behavior from a salesperson, especially at the Long Island Roosevelt Field Mall location. I bought a hat there last week as a Christmas gift.
When I give a gift, I never leave the price tag on it. However, I went back today to exchange it because it didnt fit. The lady at the store refused to process the exchange, stating that the price tag was missing.
Now Im stuck with a $50 hat that doesnt fit, and I cant exchange it. Very disappointing experience

Item was ordered on Nov24th . I got and email saying the item was shipped on 25th.
however the label was created but not picked up by the post office. It was the same update for 8 days!! I reached out to customer service asking why it was taking so long. They only asked for my order number but didn't give a reason why.
2 days later, I get an email stating that I will be getting a refund and my original question was not answered.
Hat Club, you need to work on your customer service!! and Update status order properly, not with false notifications say that the item has been shipped when it clearly was not!!...agh!
I am very disappointed!!!

Not received my hat
My hat was never delivered I ordered my hat about a month ago it said delivered but I never received it and I noticed my address was not on the delivery so w where did the dry do with the hat
