Need someone to contact me regarding grouting on work surface
- Harvey Jones kitchen fitted in 2017.
- Grouting failed again after 2019 repair; no response after two weeks from Oxford store or Jennifer Parkin.
I had a Harvey Jones kitchen fitted in 2017 subsequently I had to contact HJ to sort out failed grouting on the work surface. This was carried out in 2019.
Unfortunately, the same area has failed again. I have tried contacting the Oxford store, leaving messages but having no response. I have also emailed Jennifer Parkin who coped with the problem last time. Again, I have had no response.
I have now waited two weeks for some kind of reaction from HJ and have had none whatsoever. Please can you call me?7489****or respond to the above email address.
