Took money, service did not work, refused refund.

There is much hype promoting the Reasons or Results program, but I wonder if Mr Harv Eker knows about the abysmal service his company gives. I bought this a couple of months ago and never managed to get the online diary function to work. I was supposed to book my coach online using this diary by choosing dates and reserving them. The system would not work so I eventually had enough and asked for a refund using the inbox provided. No reply. I then called the UK telephone number and got a voice mail in the USE because it is out of hours. Why bother advertising a UK number that will never be answered ? I sent another message and made a few more attempts to get a refund without any success. An email arrived out of the blue from "my coach" John Ball saying the following. "I see you have had some challenges booking in for calls as we don't really maintain the Reasons or Results calendars now, and I would invite you instead to book in for your calls using the following: where you will find full access to my coaching calendar." I found this odd because on my Reasons Or Results dashboard it still instructed me to use the internal booking system and there was no reference to them not using it anymore. I then got a message from Shana Hollinger telling me that I could not have a refund because the time had expired. I mentioned that I had made a number of attempts at contact, but no reply, this fell on deaf ears. So far my experience is :- 1. Incorrect training videos telling me to use a system that they don't use to book my coach. 2. A dysfunctional system. 3. 5-6 attempts at contact before a reply. 4. No reference on video or anywhere to the new system as instructed by Mr Ball . 5. Refusal of refund and referral to T’s & C’s On point 5, it is a well known fact that most companies that behave this way offer poor product, service and support. See points 1-4. The also say that "• After you finish the questionnaire, you will be assigned a COACH in the next 5-7 business days. " I was not assigned a coach until I repeatedly asked for my money back. So, I am left $1800 or so out of pocket with a complete refusal to refund, even though I never managed to use their product. I get little or no response to my telephone calls or emails and frankly Mr Harv Eker, I am disgusted that you think you can take peoples money, offer nothing and refuse a refund. People need to know because this is scam behavior, not good service and you do no deserve one single dollar more until you deal with the growing number of disgruntled customers you have. If you sell a service, make sure it works 100% of the time, if it does not, refund your clients, do not rip them off.
