DONT BOTHER

I've been w/ HH since Feb 2014 and became a tech lead... but ultimately rebelled against operations management, and decided to leave for several reasons: * the expat director (a hindu) that replaced our very own former pinoy director was indifferent when it comes to work strategies.

This indian kept on insisting by replacing the non-performers whose only 3 months-tenure from hiring. On the other hand, HR management stated, it is very easy to attrite these agents because they are not yet regularized. OMG ! COMMENT: We all believe there's always room for improvement, am I correct?

3 months is not enough to test the skills of a newbie TSR. Unfortunately, HH started this crooked policy since early 2nd quarter 2015 until current. Even a fluctuating scorecard. An example would be 1st month (passed), 2nd month (failed), 3rd month (passed), 4th month (failed), 5th month (passed).

Even though...., this trend of kpi will suddenly count you to the non-performers. Let's say, out of 256 TSR's only 35% of it meets their kpis, the rest....well say bye bye to HH. They called it TOC termination of contract. So what is the side-effect?

Agent demotivation. * The ambience was good as per many, because of only a few numbered steps directly to your favourite mall shop Market Market. But when you work inside HH for several months until a year, you'll notice that the environment becomes very dull/boring regardless of their trying hard Events manager to create an effort for cultural activities which was also rated below average from surveys . It is very call center old-school type, no windows to view, air conditioning was ineffective, pantry food is very disgusting despite a clean area, the area was too small only 3 basketball courts long and all accounts are joined on one production area with less security data conscious.

As if you are working on a government agency like city hall. * Poor female operation managers (not all but a few) who keep on pushing metrics for kpis which are not feasible to attain. Since our workforce management works good, as well as with QA and training, these 3 departments improved a lot...., except for the operations. Very disappointing !

*Late 2014, when I was new, we have payroll problems that involved HR and mostly the bank. It happened twice a year. For 2015, it happened again twice. Then 2016, for the record, it happened thrice !

jesus christ !!! what is wrong with HR and the bank? *For me its a different journey, the talent acquisition team performed well , I gave them 5 stars for doing a great job including the security. Unlike the com-ben HR (compensation/benefits) and admin HR, so sad, it is not enough for them to show their mercy and help for those newly-hired newbies.

It seems, they are happy if we had the next batch of attrition. Very savage !

HH for me is a place of accidental work wherein people come in and go most of the time. Of course, why should I recommend HH ?

Drinking on the job

Not too impressed with this company during my time here. The management is weak and not so caring of its people.

You can work 20 hour days but only people who suck up to the boss progress and get special treatment. Company policy says no alcohol but there is plenty of it in the office at all times. The rules are different for everybody.

If you the bosses's pet you can get away with anything, otherwise they will find fault with everything that you do.

HR

We had been waiting for 4 hours to get the results of our interviews, it was like around 3:30am yet they still told us to wait for our JOB OFFER until the HR staff said they would just text us on the next day for the results but what has been confusing me is that the manager has already interviewed us and told us we passed already and that we're just gonna wait for the Job Offer but WHY THE HR DEPARTMENT IS TAKING TOO LONG TO PROCESS EVERYTHING! Such an inconsiderate act! We took our time and effort to go to this *** process over and over again as if these people are playing on us!

Harte-Hanks promises untrue despite ads.

I used to work for HH as well. They started me out at 9.25 working for XB, when they lost their contract they forcibly transferred me to Black & Decker.

They lowered my pay to 8$/h. I was pissed! I quickly understood this company has no reservations about working people 80 hrs a week if THEY need you, and then trying to rip you off on Overtime. The managerial hierarchy is a *** social club, all political.

It's really quite a shame because most your coworkers are great...

I worked there for 2 years before I quit while sick. The manager from my section tried to get me to sign some paperwork in a closed room before I left, it said I was not quitting of a medical illness even though I had just turned in a resignation based on my health.

I told her there was no way in *** was I signing that and left. It was a dead end job no matter how you look at it, great for short term but don't expect to find fulfilment when they force you into a billing position called elderly/mentally challenged/ or deceased residence.

Harte-Hanks lowered my pay by $3.50!

Harte-Hanks is a horrible company to work for. First, you have to work for 3-6 months before you even are considered for permanent employment.

Then you have to work another 90 days to qualify for benenfits. When and if you get hired on permanent, you will start off with decent pay, whatever you made as a temp agent, and as soon as your account ends, they may pay you btween 9.00 to 10.00hr. The clients request that you have a degree to sell their product and the mangers there lied to the clients about our levels of education. I did not have the required degree to work their but I did until they lowered certain folks pay.

If you file a complint within the company, you will be blackballed. No lie!

I worked in commercial advertising in Calif. n they blamed us for the recession.

Just told us we were lousy sales people n wrote us up, they started laying off in 2008, lowered everything. After a nervous breakdown i quit. The higher ups that tried to talk me out of it because I was such a valued employee were all laid off a few months later! Seems it leaves Larry Franklin to do all the work, with hatchet man Mike.

Just blows my mind even more to track them on Wall St.

n how profitable they are. He'll, if you lay everyone off, or force them to quit, close down office after office, force early retirements"Of Course they Show Profits"
