Walmart refuses to do a return for us because we threw away the box even though its brand new and this is the second shop vac exact same kind weve purchased and within 3 months they completely crap themselves and no longer work. I have my receipt and vacuum just need help getting it fixed or a new one because this is nuts.

My 20v battery and charger melted together while charging

I don't really know what happened I had it on charge for about 15 minutes and came back to check on it and it had melted together please mamor sir I'm on a fixed income and I can't afford to buy a new one if there is anything that you can do for me to help me I will greatly appreciate anything you can do thank you so much hart tools are the best brand I have ever used and I will continue to use HART tools

  • Lot of people that i have talked to have dout about hart tools but i love them

Preferred solution: Just another battery and charger so I can continue to use my hart impact wrench that's all I need please sir/mam
