Do not do business with this company! I had my measurements taken by a professional tailor, and they sent me a poorly-fitting mess, but it was alterable.
What followed was a customer-service nightmare that lasted weeks. I was only trying to figure out how they were going to reimburse me for local alterations, but each copy-and-paste answer from their horrible customer service department only compounded the confusion. They finally told me to send the suit back to them. I did.
That was nearly two months ago. They do not reply to my email and will not replace the item. I am out $332.
They're thieves. My bank's fraud division is looking into this matter.

Very bad exchange refund policy
I have spent 1.675£ in total on their website, but I wasn't happy with the measurements of my last command ( a pant at 95£). I called customer service and asked for a tweak, they refuse.
The only choice I had was to reorder and repay full price. A very stupid way to treat a regular customer.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid these clowns like the plague.
Ordered a custom suit for my wedding. Had fresh, up to date measurements taken by my tailor and figured we were good to go.
The estimated deliver date sails by. Can't get ahold of them. Finally after threatening a charge back within hours it magically is shipped. Package takes longer than expected, at this point I'm panicking since there's no longer time to get it altered before I leave for my wedding.
It arrives, and sweet weeping Christ is it awful. Like, childishly bad. Honestly I hope it was done on purpose because the only other potential way it could have come out this badly was if the guy working on it had a literal stroke and they didn't know. The arms stop halfway down my forearms.
The shoulder holes are cut to halfway down my rib cage. The suit is shock white, far off the color sample on their site, making me look like an ill fitting tony Montana. The vest doesn't' fit, nor do the pants. The suit smells like a combination of tire fire and cigarettes.
It has 80's style shoulder pads and is cut to make me look like a literal rectangle. There is zero tapering and the premium liner I paid for is mis-sewn and not throughout the entirety of the sleeve allowing you to see through parts of the sleeve but not others. This is a calvacade of fuckups.
Working on a dispute with paypal now, but seriously, *** these guys. You would be better off going to goodwill and picking a suit blindfolded.

Mostly good
I have ordered a number of suits from them. It is important that you get measured properly.
My first suit was tight in the seat and crotch so I went back in and adjusted some measurements.
If you want pleated pants get your stuff elsewhere though.
My couple of suits were spot on, sport coats not a good. However, considering the price, they are a *** of alot better than spending 1500 or more at Tom James.
Poor Quality Fabric
I have purchased two suits from Harry's. Upon arrival of the first suit, was immediately disappointed with the cut of the collar and quality of the fabric used.
However, I decided to try one more time with a different fabric and was shocked at how thin the material was. One could literally see the outline of the head and shaft of my {{Redacted}} Totally unwearable!
Both pants (with the same measurements) were comically ill-fitted and nowhere even close to my known accurate measurements. The first pants were altered by the local "stitch *** The second suit will soon be sent back for a refund.
Not bad for the price
Honestly, I had a pretty good experience with HarrySuits. We ordered a beige linen suit for my husband to wear to our wedding, and we were actually really impressed with the quality!
The sizing of the jacket and vest were perfect, however, the pants were WAY too big all around which was weird because I carefully took his measurements. We ended up taking them to a local tailor and paid about $70 in alterations, to which HarrySuits only offered me a $35 gift certificate since we didn't get the full suit altered, which was a bit confusing, but customer support was pretty helpful in explaining it all to me and they also did a good job with rushing our order through since we were moving at the time. It arrived in about 2 weeks which was fast for a 3 piece suit!
All for under $400 which is hard to beat. My husband said he would probably order from this company again so, we really have no complaints.
Save your $$$, buy elsewhere.....
Order my suit, received an email my sizes looked wrong. Harry's emailed, we're sending you a paper suit to insure fit.
5 weeks later received someone else's suit, doesn't fit. Emailed Harry's, they replied, we're sending you a paper suit....8 weeks later, no response.....very poor company, very poor customer service, save your $$ and buy yourself a good suit elsewhere.
HarrySuits - Jacket Review
Was delivered fast but I gave them my measurements for my jacket and they fought with me telling me they were to big and made me change them to a smaller size. Naturally the jacket was far to tight in the shoulders.
It turned into them blowing me off for about a month after repeated emails. Until I wrote a review for their website which I noticed hasn't been published.
They told me to update my measurements in my profile and they would send a new jacket. After I did still no response it's been about 2 months so im out over $300.
Gamble
Harrysuits is a gamble. So far i have ordered 12 suits.
As mentioned, some do arrive smelling moldy and musty. Drycleaning solves the smell. Their tweed fabrics are very poor and flawed. But their mid level wools are ok and the fit it perfect.
They have no quality control so be prepared to fight and argue by email. You get what you pay for.
Not worth trying to use
Ordered some pants from these guys. Sent them in my measurements that were checked twice by me and my seamstress.
Pants arrived quickly and were not that expensive. However the legs were comically small probably about two inches off from the measurements, the waist was 1.5 inches off of the measurements. It looked like I was trying to wear skinny pants pretty funny looking. Contacted Harry Suits and they said to get my seamstress to let them out, the seamstress said there was not near enough material to let them out that much.
When I asked Harry Suits for a new pair of pants they said they would make them and send them out, they never contacted me again and never sent out the pants. Money wasted, by lesson learned use a different MTM site that has better service.
Poor customer service - Arrived damaged
Suit came in not the correct size obviously, and the box was soaking wet, smelt musty and I would not wear the suit. It's going on 3 months now and they are very slow to reply. Do not do business with this company.
I have been trying to get a refund from them and they continue to tell me they are looking into it and to "co operate."
It does not take 3 months to issue a refund, especially if it's a shipping issue. I talk to the shipping company and they say they have no record of them trying to resolve this.
They aren't even a US company. The package comes from overseas.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Suit fit, but construction not so great...
I received a suit fro Harrysuits.com, the first thing i noticed was the lapels were not folded and pressed properly neither was the collar. All of the customizations were as i ordered.
The fit was also good since they first sent me a trial suit. The problems began the first evening i wore the suit. After wearing the suit one time the top button of the suit came right off. I had the button sewn back on and wore the suit again, after wearing the suit the 2nd time one of the rear belt loops came apart and was hanging.
The quality control is obviously non existent.
I have since ordered from 2 othe online mtm and the construction on their suits are far superior than HarrySuits, and I paid less. I would give harry another shot but i'd definitely not pay what i paid for the first suit.

I ordered a suit from Harry's Suits. It was cheap linen.
Not wool. Wrong color lining. Pants not altered as requested. Wrong color fabric.
