Unreliable 3 times

When I first contacted Harry I told him what I needed to be done. He called he was to arrive at 3 and showed up at 4:30 1/12 hrs. late, and not even to do the job. He looks around says I don't have enough material and will return with a help the following week. I waited again and I get a call that his helper was in an accident coming from PA, and then sets up another appointment, again a no show. He calls and tells me his helper is now sick can we reschedule? He says he is getting another helper out of NY and we set a date and time for 2:00pm on Wednesday, I wait and called Harry at 2:10, he tells me his guy is on the way. Guess what? I waited until 4pm another no show. I called Harry and now he isn't answering my call, nor did he even bother to call me back. Very unreliable , very unprofessional.
