They scratched my car and denied liability
i recently bought a car from harry lane chrysler kia.when i got the car it had adhesive on it from the plastic wrap they use to transport cars. i took it back twice to have it removed and they failed to do so.also the last time i took it there they scratched it really bad on the back fender.when i brought it to their attention they threatened me with the police . i will never go there again,and if anyone asks,i will tell them not to deal with them.i still cannot believe i was treated so disrespectfully.

Are you sure you have the right dealership because that would mean you drove from DC to Knoxville 3 times. That's about 3,000 miles back and forth.
