Please help fix this. Over two weeks ago I ordered two bins of the 50 piece dark chocolate truffles.

This past week I got a call saying my credit card didnt clear and they needed another card. So I called the customer service line and after trying to sell me 2 other items, I finally got them a credit card and it has shown up as paid on my credit card app. I also had to tell them I had a $10.00 discount on the first order. Which she finally then also credited to my card.

Now this morning, the customer service line is calling me again! Unbelievable. I refuse to call again. Please figure this out on your end or credit the whole thing and cancel my order.

I have never had so much trouble with what I thought was an Oregon company making such a mess of such a simple order. I love this product but I am giving up. Please fix this and email me at lynnew01@***.com. Lynne Wright Order number 105-243-****.

They say they need additional information. Maybe my blood type?

I sent a gift box of cheeses for Christmas to family. The gift box has an alert to REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY; however, the instruction was covered by a large shipping label.

The recipient placed their gift under the Xmas tree, unaware it was packed with expensive organic blue cheeses. By the time I found out, it was too late. Upon contact with Harry & David, they indicated that no refund or replacement will be provided because it was not their problem the refrigeration notice was covered up by their shipper.

I explained that this package was a gift and the recipient would have no clue it contained fresh foods when the warnings are covered. Their policy is, since it was delivered, they are not responsible.

I ordered two very expensive gift baskets - two addresses. One order arrived in a timely manner.

The other one did not arrive when they said. I called and was told it would be there by Christmas. I told her I needed it before Christmas then she said ok it would be delivered the next day by noon. It was not.

I called again and once again I was told it will be delivered Christmas. I said again no I was promised it would be there by now. The person said oh ok it will be there Saturday. They have continually lied.

I have serious doubts it will be delivered Saturday. I will use a different company next year. The fruit is good.

I have been a customer for 25 years and ever order pears were rotten and black , I was horrified at the pictures my family sent , but for them to complain is was bad. Harry and David also sent a gift tower that cost a 1/3 of the one I ordered, basically I probably won't order from again and their customer service is turn to crap too!

0 rating. This used to be a good company but now. You can’t get a hold of anyone in the US for customer service. They charge a bundle for shipping yet don’t deliver.

My order has been waiting in Kansas for the package for a week so they can make a label These were supposed to be Oregon pears. When calling the Philippines for customer service they told me the package would be delivered December 7th. On the website, it said they would be deliver by November 21. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Dont waste your money or time.

Order follow up

I had placed a substantial order to be delivered to my brother on Friday...even paid extra for this service!! This order still has not been delivered...now I was told it will be delivered today!! I hope it happens!! Anxiously awaiting!!!

Unhappy camper.

Over the past 30 years, I've relied on Harry and David to send gifts, spending thousands of dollars. Your customer service has declined so much, I'm now taking my business elsewhere... good luck staying in business with poor customer service.

Doesn't Keep Commitments

On 9/27 I ordered a BD gift basket from Harry & David because the website confirmed delivery 9/30. Email I received on Sept just said delivery is 10/2. Customer Service offered $12.99 shipping back, but I paid 79.99. I tweeted Harry & David, but was directed to msg @harrydavidhelp, but that doesn't accept messages from regular Twitter users.
