Bait and switch and not made in USA

I ordered a Bomber jacket from this site for $119.00 and the site made things look like it was a USA Company. They stated "100% natural fur, sheepskin" "HOOD TRIM:Raccoon fur, non-removable", COLLAR "Sheep fur, non-removable".
What I received was a polar fleece like jacket that did not show any sign of real sheepskin, natural fur lining nor real racoon fur collar. They also stated "All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day return and exchange policy, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale.
Returns are free and easy, just drop your items off at one of our 5,000+ Return Bar locations or get a pre-paid return shipping label." I sent emails to them on four different occasions requesting to return and a shipping label and did not get any reply. I also attempted to stop payment on my Master Dcard and that did not work as the company was based in Hong Kong which was stated inside the jacket label.D
