They charged me for more than 2500 us dollars, even though i have paid for my stay already
I was at the hotel, and stains on carpet everywhere and the sheets aswell they tolk 2500 us dollars 1,5 month later, and i cant get in contact with Them any way there is no chance i Can get my money back, and it is not even worth the original price, and i paid 3,5x the amount :)

I was charged for two nights at this hotel and I have never been there let alone Miami. When trying to correct the problem the guy who answers the phone got rude and hung up on me. I live in texas never even sat foot in florida.

I have made a reservation for the Harrison hotel Miami Beach through booking.com and had to cancel it afterwards. The person who answered the phone at the hotel guaranteed me that the reservation was cancelled with no charge, so we believed him and didn't use the room. Once we arrived in Miami Beach and noticed I had been charged, we went to the Harrison hotel to speak with someone, but the person who spoke to us was extremely rude and did nothing about it.
