Called to get clarification about billing items.
I called to clarify billing item with a payment due although I have a valid credit card on file. The automated message stated that someone will call me back in 3 days!!

We keep receiving violations for a car we sold in 2021. I've previously sent the bill of sale with new ownership information.
We were told to go to the DMV site and get a vehicle transfer form, but I don't know where to send it. Please advise.
