Company recommended wrong size bra. Had to return as it was too big. And they charged me for their error. I was first time customer and liked the bra, but now they lost a customer..is
No one got back to me. I can only assume they don't mind losing customers.
Great product; horrible customer service. If you are a new customer, you won't get any help.
And your service is terrible. I never spoke with anyone and never had an opportunity to resolve my issue.
