Service dept' @ Harmony Motors in Asheville NC has not answered my emails about a headlight defect.

I went to Harmony Motors on 6/21/18 & showed the svce. mgr. a defect in the headlights of my 2015 Cayman. He took pics w/his phone & said he would chk into it. On 7/10/18 I wrote & asked what was being done. See attached copy. Greetings from Mtn. city Tn. It's been over 2 weeks since you looked at & took photos of the headlights on my 2015 Cayman. I would like to know what will be done to fix the problem with them. Thanks for you reply. I called Harmony Motors today, asked for Douglas Urban, the service person who I spoke w/on 6/21 & found out his phone mail box is full & can't accept any calls. I called back & asked for the salesman that sold the car to me & left a msg asking him to call or write me. He also was sent a copy of the note I sent to durban@ harmony motors.us I'll appreciate a reply w/advice in this matter. Val Herod seabee75@***.com
