Awful
They are the worst medical office I have ever dealt with, as a medical assistant patient care and concern are the top priority, NOT WITH THIS PLACE!!!! My daughter is extremely sick and can not eat, they failed to call us and reschedule our appointment, and now saying we would have to wait another 2 weeks to be seen. If you want intimidate care DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Inconsiderate Treatment
I left my doctor of several years because I had relocated to another area of Mesa, AZ and needed a doctor closer to where I was now living. I chose Harmony Healthcare in Gilbert, AZ.
I was in their clinic about 5 or 6 times. I never even met thr doctor. I was relagated to a PA. No one ever asked me much of anything about me.
They seemed uninterested in treating me, only my symptoms. I was repeatedly put on hold for as long as 10 1/2 minutes calling for test results, rx refills, making appointments. My regular rxs were not called in to my pharmacy in a timely manner. Their treatment of me as a person, was deplorable.
I have been getting therapy for depression and anxiety and I don't even think they were aware of it.
A year ago I was suicidal and their treatment of me has made it worse. Now I have to find a new doctor.
