Pissed off! I never got to talk with anyone.
I called them twice and still, no answer. I've come to believe that they're not in business.

I have been using the Face Values Radiant Facial Skin Brightening Daily Scrub for years. I really loved how gentle it was and how the tiny microbeads were not too rough.
Around Christmas time I ordered 2 containers of this on-line through Bed, Bath and Beyond. The item that I got had the same packaging but the formula is different - there are no (zero) microbeads in the bottle. Its just cleanser without the microbeads. The whole point of that product is called a scrub.
and therefore there should be beads in there for the purpose of scrubbing. Can you please verify that there was a formula change or what I received was a fluke and I can still get the original product with the microbeads. I would really love it if you could send me the correct product with the microbeads.

I was in the Closter Harmons, when I encountered this rude woman. She's short and stocky with terrible teeth and a mustache.
I want her out of there and to never work with kids again. The reason is that she yelled at this very nice boy who helped me get my vitamins.

Today, 8/4, I visited Face Values #8069 at 1214pm to buy a two items, batteries and candy. When I entered the store, I walked around looking for batteries, but didnt see any.
So I got the supervisor's attention and inquired of batteries. Without turning around Victoria, pointed and said, " they are right there". I chuckled and said, I didnt see them at all but thanks. A few minutes passed and as I was joining the line, Victoria yells out to Charlize, a store rep, " you have customers here for you to check out!" Charlize by the way was 2 rows away but Victoria was at the cashier but refused to cash three people in line.
With that said, the worse occurred. I get to the register and said I have a price match for Energizer batteries. So Charlize being proactive, requests Victoria the supervisor, via walkie talkie, saying, hello, can you help me see where the price match is?". The supervisor doesnt respond for sometime, then she approaches from the distance but Charlize was busy speaking with me, the customer.
When Victoria approaches Charlize asks her can you show me where it is? Victoria stands with her hands on hip and says I know you saw me coming. So Charlize says I didnt. Victoria then in a berating tone says, you know you saw me, come on, I am not black like that!" Now Victoria is a very light skin woman but not as light as Charlize, I am dark skinned and immediately, I felt offended.
Is she trying to say, Charlize wouldnt see a black darkskinned person from afar? Why would she speak like that in front a black customer to white complexioned worker? Completely inapproariate and Victoria should be reprimanded for that. To add insult to injury when Victoria walked away I asked Charlize and the Security person if Victoria is normally that rude and racist and they said, yes, under their breath.
I am writing this because Boerum Hill Brooklyn is not the place for racism, in the store or out - coworkers or not. Victoria was offensive, rude and also dressed unprofessionally no identifier that she even works at Face Values.
I will aslo ask for my community to stop shopping here if the staff is rude, racist, and demeaning to customers and staff.

The security guard at your store was very rude and told me to leave the store for no reason
The security guard at the store was very rude and being a bully and told me to leave that I cannot shop there and wouldnt give me a reason why. I found the number to the store and called it and Roger the manager was excellent very calm and sweet and talking very politely to me.
I called the corporate office and made the biggest complaint against a security guard and told them what happened. It

Not getting discount
On august 26 I paid $29 at the Greenbrook nj store for the new welcome rewards discount
Of 20 per cent. As of now I have the store card but no discount. The store manager suggested I contact so bySuggested I contact Customer Service for my bar code.

Unable to buy gift cards
I have been unable to purchase Harmons gift cards offered only today, your website is crashing repetitively. I have been attempting since 0600AM.
Three other family members then tried also unsuccessfully.
Extremely frustrating. Additionally, left voicemail for Harmons customer service at 0745 without response as of yet.

Problem with coupons
I couldnt get the bar codes to come up on my phone so he sent me the codes directly to my email now I can shop shop shop
