Verified Reviewer |Extremely Bad Customer Support and Faulty Product
- - Bought JBL SB590 via Amazon; DOA.
- - Replacement after 4 weeks; installation not arranged.
- - Service says from UP; customer in Punjab (400 km away).
1. Bought a JBL SB590 (Soundbar) on 26 Sep 2025 through Amazon.
Received a Dead On Arrival product. Customer care couldn't help me to return or replace it. Had to fight my way through difficult process of proving their faulty product and disgraceful service.
2. Finally, after long wait of 4 weeks, I was provided a replacement by Amazon.
But AGAIN, even after requesting Installation twice from Harman, no one has contacted me yet. 10 days have passed since delivery of my replacement product. It's lying ideal as no support representative has yet come to install it
3. To my surprise, HARMAN Customer care told me that Service support will be provided from Uttar Pradesh whereas I live in Punjab (400km away from me).

Atrocious and unacceptable service.
50 days have passed. Product is lying with me USELESS.
User's recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT BUY HARMAN JBL. VERY POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE. AND LIKELY YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE FAULTY ALSO.
