Paid in advance when I arrived at N.P.R H.D Florida .fore service.Asked 2 time's to service that my bike is now paid fore service.The service employer said it was,but never gave me a receipt.Then when I went back on Saturday on 4/25/2020.I was charged fore 8 Hours to put on new Handle Bar's and Cables.and rear hear shift.(John J Breslin)I payed 550.00? Once and then when I picked up my bike.
