Unacceptable medical care

My mom called everyday for the last week to get an appeal on her prescription because she is due for surgery. Dr. Naarendorp promised for more than a week to call her back and when my sister finally got him, he laughed as if my mother's health and well being was a joke. He promised my sister he'd call my mom back. That was 3 days ago. Meanwhile my mom can't have her surgery because this doctor is HORRIBLE with communication!! Totally unacceptable.
