We go to your Harkin theater quite often here in Arizona and find the sound volume of the movies to be excessive. However it wasn't till this point that we saw the new transformer movie that the volume overwelmed us and we left the movie having only watched maybe 25% of it.

Even the trailers this day were pumped up way to high and it should have been our first clue.

My wife always wears ear plugs to movies as she has had an aneurysm which makes her quite sensitive to sound and this transformer movie which we expected to be loud was rediculously loud and for young kids it was way over the decible level for sound to damage their ears as well as ours. Perhaps we need to go to another theater chain for our movies.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a manager at the Harkin theater bricktown Oklahoma city location. His name is Robert Wrench.

He deliberately wasted my families time by making us wait for the tokens we purchased while he was filling out paperwork pertaining to the exchange due to faulty token machines. He did not need my info and when I asked if I could please hand the tokens so my son could go play he told me no, that I could wait until he was done and then he would gather the tokens and give then to me. He made a 2 minute exchange for tokens turn into a 15+ mintue waiting game. Deliberately Wasting a customers time is one of the most disgusting acts an employee of any establishment can do.

He should fired for his incompetence.

I don't know why any business would want some like that working for them. We will never go back to any harkins .

Bought a $50 gift certificate and want a free loyalty cup

Couldnt find a voucher for the 2023 loyalty cup. Called the customer service number in Arizona. Got transferred to the senior manager who was very nice and helpful. He said the voucher was probably located in the scan for the gift card. I will go to a local Harkins (again) and have them scan it and see.

Tickets purchased but no confirmation recieved

I attempted to purchase tickets online for the chandler crossroads theatre. They took the $50.00 from my account but did not allow me to purchase the tickets. Every time I added my debit card it gave so error claiming it could not process. I took screen shots of my bank account showing the money was take 4 tickets v for the 3d Saturday showing at 12:20pm. If someone can just complete the transaction as you have my money.

Dog in theater

We purchased 6 tickets to Jurassic World at Metro, the 430 showing. Someone brought in a small dog and it pooped, he barked during the showing and we could smell the dog *** It completely ruined our experience. Our seating was r12 to r17. It was definitely gross. We could not eat our popcorn cuz of the smell was.just bad.
